Need Help with Graphics? If you do not have a graphics
team available, I will gladly send you an email with completed documents
(ready to print) with your church/group name and event information already
embedded in the posters and materials.
1. Revolution Poster PDF
8 1/2 x 11 with space for your date/time and
location at the bottom
Make copies of the Revolution flyer and post it around your
church, the local Christian bookstores and music stores in your community.
2. Bulletin
Insert (half Page flyer) PDF
Add this (and other information as needed) to your bulletin to encourage
your church members to attend the revolution workshop and invite their
friends in the community.
3. Postcard
PDF
I have provided you with a PDF of a single post card. You are free to
have this printed or I can complete a custom 4 up print ready template
for you church if you plan to do a mailing to the community or neighboring
churches.
4. Revolution
Logo PDF
Use this logo in any announcements or bulletins that you may produce
to promote the event. You can easily copy and past this logo into Microsoft
word or your desktop publishing program. For any custom logo, please
contact me.
5. Web Banner
Add this web banner to your main web site and add a link to the 8 Chords
Revolution home page and other important pages on your web site so people
can easily register for the workshop.

Make this available to your church or group so that people
can register. They can also register online.
6. Revolution
Fact Sheet PDF
This fact sheet will
let people know exactly what they will learn and detailed information
about the workshop.
Other ideas for promotion:
• Send press release to the local newspaper
• Put a free listing on craigslist.com
• Give flyers to other local churches and ministries
• Run a free listing on christianhappenings.com
• Let your local district office know about the event

you have booked the workshop, you may request the electronic promo pack
zipped by email that includes several formats of the workshop documents.
